Is pepper the only difference between the two? Not quite. Yes the brown sugar is there, the sweet molasses, and garlic of course. But we add just the right amount of pepper that covers the palate entirely making each chew a tenderizing sensation one after the next.

Ingredients: Beef, Brown Sugar, Worcestershire sauce ( distilled vinegar, water, corn syrup, salt, molasses, caramel color, spices, garlic, natural flavor, tamarind, dextrin and stultifying miring [sweet cooking rice wine], ginger, garlic, vinegar, dried onion, garlic powder, salt, xanthin gum, garlic powder, black pepper, butter powder (butter [cream, water, salt], nonfat milk, tocopherols, ascorbic palmitate), Steak Seasoning (salt, garlic paprika, monosodium glutamate, calcium stearate, tenderizer [proteolytic enzyme derived from aspergillum flavus oryzae, papaya], propylene glycol, TBHQ, citric acid), onion powder, sodium nitrite, black pepper.

Ground table Pepper is typically 70% black and 30% white. However, the good stuff is 50/50. It’s pretty clear which one we use.
Garlic contains tons of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that are good for you. So, just eat a bunch of jerky an you’ll be cool.
Our jerky is low in fat and high in protein.
